North Auburn food market Dumps food After Homeless Man begins consuming From Bulk Bin

AUBURN (CBS13) – A North Auburn Safeway had to empty a few of their bulk packing containers after health considerations over a homeless man dealing with the meals.

The Placer County Sheriff's office says, back on Sept. 6, Eric Antonio Valdovinos turned into arrested on suspicion of loitering outdoor the Bell road grocery store.

Deputies say people suggested Valdovinos had gone into the shop with no cash and commenced touching and ingesting food from the bulk boxes. consumers and store workforce say he had "filthy fingers" his coping with of the meals made them consider uncomfortable.

Valdovinos, a 38-12 months-old homeless man, was arrested by means of deputies.

Safeway personnel dumped all of the gadgets touched through Valdovinos.
